Mr. Amit Khanna is the Chairman of Reliance Big Entertainment, a part of Reliance Group.

He started his film career as an Executive Producer with Actor – Producer, Dev Anand's “NAV KETAN” in 1971. He has written lyrics for 400 film & non-film songs including many all-time hits as well as a dozen feature film scripts which include award winning films like SAARANSH. He also directed India’s first music video with Nazia & Zoeb Hassan in 1984. He pioneered Business News on Indian Television. In 1980, he produced his first feature film “MAN PASAND". In the Eighties, he wrote and directed critically acclaimed films "SHEESHAY KA GHAR" and "SHESH" and several documentaries. One of the first independent Producers of TV programming in India, Amit Khanna, set up PLUS CHANNEL in 1990, India's first entertainment conglomerate where he produced 10 feature films, over 3000 hours of original TV programming and over 1000 music albums in various genres and languages.

Amit Khanna has been involved with media since school. He has worked in Theatre, Radio, Television, Journalism, Films and new Media. He is a pioneer in the Converged Media space. He writes extensively on Media in various magazines and newspapers including Times of India, Hindustan Times, Economic Times, DNA & Business Standard and several websites.

He is a Chairman - Convergence Committee of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and National Committee of Media & Entertainment of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry). He is a Member – Prime Minister’s Committee on Information, Communication & Entertainment (ICE), CII’s Service Council and Advisory Board of the Forum d’Avignon, Paris. He is the President – Earth Communications Office (an Environment - NGO). He was the President - All India Film Producers Council, Film & Television Producers Guild of India Ltd., for three terms and Vice President of Association of Motion Picture & TV Program Producers for 17 years.

He has been on the Governing Councils of the Film Institutes in both Pune & Kolkatta. He was the first Indian to serve on the international Emmy’s Jury. He has also been on the Jury of Film Festivals and other Awards. Besides serving on various International, Government and Trade organizations and Institutions, he has won several awards including three National Awards for Films, Industry Leadership Award at Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA) and a Life Time Achievement Award for Television (UPTRON).

Mr. Gautam Doshi is the Group Managing Director of Reliance Group and is on the Board of number of well-known Public Limited Companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a very wide and extensive experience and expertise in areas covering Mergers and Acquisitions, Income-tax, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Accounting and Auditing, Central Excise and allied subjects.

Prior to his taking up his current assignments at Reliance Group, he was a founder Partner of RSM & Co., a well known firm of Chartered Accountants and Founder Director of Ambit Corporate Finance Pvt. Ltd., a leading Investment Banker. He has also been closely associated with education and training and was a part-time lecturer in Accountancy and Auditing at the S.I.E.S. Institute of Management and at the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics between 1978 and 1991.

Mr. Doshi was elected for two consecutive terms to the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1991 to 1997 and was Chairman of the Board of Studies, Fiscal Laws Committee, etc. He was elected for three consecutive terms to the Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1976 and was elected to the post of Treasurer in 1977-1978 and Chairman in 1982-1983. He has presented papers and led discussions on subjects of Income-Tax, Accounting and Auditing, Central Excise and allied subjects at various Seminars, Conferences and Refresher Courses organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Costs and Works Accountants, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Chamber of Income-Tax Consultants, Forum of Free Enterprises, Bombay Management Association, institute of Internal Auditors and various other organizations.

He was Chairman of the Indirect Taxation Committee of the Indian Merchants Chamber for the years 1999-2000 and 2000-2001. Mr. Doshi has also represented India and presented a paper on "Value Added Tax" at the 5th SAFA Conference on Fiscal and Corporate Innovations in SAARC Countries held in Lahore.

Mr. Sujal Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant having a post qualification experience of more than 18 years. He is founder partner of the firm SSPA & Co, Chartered Accountants. He was earlier a partner with M/s. N.M. Raiji & Co. and M/s. Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants handling the Corporate Consultancy practice. His main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of companies, valuation of business / shares, due diligence review, etc. He has also written papers on subjects of Valuations and Restructuring for Western India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (WIRC) and Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society (BCAS). He is a regular contributor to the Referencer published by the BCAS and WIRC. He is the President of the Chamber of Tax Consultants for the year 2010-2011. In the past, he has addressed seminars and conferences on various subjects such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations, Due Diligence Reviews, etc.

Mr. Anil Sekhri is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with more than 25 years experience. After a short stint with the Hero Group of Industries in 1981-1983 as CFO and Company Secretary of one of their Group Companies at Ludhiana, he set up his own practice Anil Sekhri & Co. He soon began to specialise in issues relating to the Media and Entertainment Industry focusing on accounting, taxation and legal matters and has gradually built a reputation as leading advisor to a wide cross-section of film industry professionals and businesses. His key clients include film producers such as Vinod Chopra Films, Prakash Jha Productions, Sony Pictures Entertainment Private Limited and Raj Kumar Santoshi Cinema Company as well as artistes such as the Deol family, Priyanka Chopra, David Dhawan, Raj Kumar Hirani and many more. He has also been advisor to major Hindi films such as Heyy Babyy, Lage Raho Munnabhai, Munnabhai MBBS, Parineeta, Mujhse Shaadi Karoge, Mission Kashmir, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Ghatak and several others.

Mr. Prasoon Joshi, an MSc (Physics) and MBA graduate is a well known writer, poet, songwriter, advertising and communication professional. His achievements are reflected by over 400 national and international awards and honors including the prestigious International Award Cannes Lions (twice), Writer of the Year for 5 consecutive years, Creative Person of the Year 2005/2006, Ideator of the Year – Business Today 2004. He was invited to chair the Jury at the prestigious Cannes Festival of Advertising in 2008-09. He was seeded as the No.1 Creative Director in Asia Pacific in 2007-2008. The World Economic Forum designated him as the Young Global Leader. His other awards include Film Fare Awards (2006 and 2008), Screen 2005 and 2008, GIFA, IIFFA, Zee Cine, Shailendra Samman 2009 for Literary and Social relevant song writing, BAFTA nomination, Oscar shortlist for the song Rang de Basanti and NDTV Indian of the Year Special Award for Entertainment - 2008. He also published books of poetry and prose. Currently, he is the Executive Chairman McCann Worldgroup, India.

Mr. Ajay Prasad is a MA in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Development Administration from University of Manchester, UK. He has experience in varied fields like Media, Health, Textiles, Tourism, Defence & Civil Aviation. He carried out the Government’s expansion plan for extending television coverage in India and handled the work for introducing commercial services on Doordarshan and participated in their implementation. He prepared a comprehensive health infrastructure project and a comprehensive tourism policy for Himachal Pradesh and was the Country’s negotiator for Market Access agreements for Textiles and Clothing with US and EU. He has three years experience at senior most levels in Defence. He was also a part of successful conclusion of privatization programme for major airports of the country as also policy changes leading to greater liberalization of the aviation sector and chaired a Committee to prepare a Master Plan for modernization of Air Traffic Management in India.

Mr. Anil Arjun (CEO) is the CEO of Reliance MediaWorks Ltd., India’s largest film and entertainment services company and a member of the Reliance Group.

Anil has been closely associated with Reliance MediaWorks since Reliance Group acquired majority and controlling interest in the company in September 2005. As a member of the Management Council, Anil was involved in driving corporatization process, business growth strategy and organizational development, and was appointed CEO of the company in April 2008.

Anil has been part of Reliance Group for over 9 years. Prior to Reliance MediaWorks, Anil was a part of Reliance Communications where he worked closely and extensively with different functional groups to successfully integrate the implementation and network build-out of a 9000 kms fiber-optic project rollout in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Anil has also previously worked with ICICI Group for 8 years, where he was involved in project financing. During his tenure there he completed key project appraisals in telecom, transportation, manufacturing and services sectors.

Anil is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
